4. Booking and Payment

4.2 Payment Process

• Payment must be made in advance through our authorized payment gateways (Razorpay/PayPal)

• Consultation scheduling/report delivery begins only after payment confirmation

4.3 Payment Security

5. Consultation Delivery

• Phone/Video Consultations: Scheduled within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation
• Written Reports: Delivered within 3-10 business days (first-come, first-served basis)
• Parvakaal Intelligence: Monthly calendars delivered before each month begins

5.2 Consultation Format

• Phone call (WhatsApp/Regular)
