Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to client satisfaction. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for astrological consultation services.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of astrological consultations and the time invested in preparing birth charts and reports, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been delivered.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis with fairness and consideration.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Full Refund Scenarios
A full refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the consultation or report within the promised timeframe without valid reason
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same service
- Technical Error: If payment was processed but you did not book a service
- Before Service Commencement: If you cancel before any work has begun on your consultation (within 24 hours of payment)
2.2 Partial Refund Scenarios
A partial refund (50%) may be considered if:
- Work has begun but the consultation has not been delivered
- You cancel within 48 hours of payment but after preliminary work has started
2.3 No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- After a phone/video consultation has been conducted
- After a written report has been delivered
- If you provided incorrect birth information (resulting in inaccurate analysis)
- If you disagree with astrological findings or interpretations
- If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice
- If you change your mind after the service has been delivered
- For subscription services (Parvakaal Intelligence) after the first calendar has been delivered
3. Service-Specific Policies
3.1 Phone/Video Consultations
- Cancellation: Must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled time for full refund
- Rescheduling: Free rescheduling available once with 12+ hours notice
- No-Show: No refund if you miss the scheduled consultation without notice
- After Consultation: No refund once the consultation session is completed
3.2 Written Reports
- Before Preparation: Full refund if requested within 24 hours of payment and before work begins
- After Delivery: No refund once the report is sent to your email
- Revision Requests: One round of clarifications/minor revisions included at no extra cost
3.3 Muhurta Services (C-Section, Marriage, etc.)
- Before Delivery: Full refund if no work has begun (within 24 hours of payment)
- After Delivery: No refund once muhurta dates/times are provided
- C-Section Muhurta: Includes unlimited revisions until delivery - no refund after first muhurta selection is shared
3.4 Parvakaal Intelligence Subscription
- 30-Day Guarantee: Full refund available if not satisfied after receiving first monthly calendar
- After First Month: No refund for remaining subscription period
- Cancellation: Subscription can be cancelled anytime but no refund for unused months
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include:
- Payment transaction ID/receipt
- Service booked
- Reason for refund request
- Date of payment
- We will respond within 2-3 business days
4.2 Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days from approval
- Razorpay Payments: Refunded to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- PayPal Payments: Refunded within 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: May take 7-10 business days depending on your bank
4.3 Refund Amount
- Payment gateway transaction fees (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable
- For international payments, currency conversion charges are non-refundable
- Approved refunds will be net of these transaction costs
5. Consultation Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a phone/video consultation:
- First Rescheduling: Free if done 12+ hours before appointment
- Second Rescheduling: Small rescheduling fee may apply
- Short Notice: Rescheduling with less than 12 hours notice subject to availability
- Contact: Email or WhatsApp to reschedule
6. Dissatisfaction with Service
If you're not satisfied with the consultation:
- First Step: Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
- Clarifications: We provide free follow-up clarifications via email
- Reasonable Resolution: We'll work with you to address legitimate concerns
- Good Faith: We handle each case individually and fairly
Note: Disagreement with astrological findings or unfavorable predictions do not constitute grounds for refund, as astrology provides guidance based on planetary positions, not guaranteed outcomes.
7. Fraudulent Transactions
If you notice an unauthorized transaction:

- Also contact your bank/payment provider
- Provide transaction details for investigation
- Full refund will be processed once fraud is verified
8. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. However, any refund requests will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
